Garden Stone and Tile Cleaner
Conservit believes in protecting the surface of all substrates we work with, therefore when we can we avoid the use of high pressure water, air or steam we do.
The chemical formulas, all of which are water soluble, are designed to work in harmony with a little manual labour. Once these two forces are combined and the work complete, simply wash away the formula and the contaminates with it.
Conservit Stone and Tile cleaner is another product in the range that packs a punch, simply spray onto the surface, agitate with a stiff brush and leave for 3-4 minutes. Add a little water and scrub it in and leave for a few moments before brushing the suds off.
Rinse throughly with clean water and let dry.
CONSERVIT TIP
A good measure of the level of contamination is the colour of the suds:
Dark Brown or Dark Grey: heavily contaminated surfaces
Light Brown or Orange or Silver Grey: less contaminated surfaces
Sand Coloured or Pale Grey: lightly contaminated areas.
To ensure the surface is thoroughly clean after application, reapply to a small section which should show only white suds. If suds are anything but white, further application(s) are required.
CONSERVIT TIP
Where oil has seeped into the stone over a long period, for instance on driveways, it may not be possible to remove in one application if at all.
We advise a first application to remove all surface oil, then leave for two to three weeks. In some instances the oil will rise to the clean surface. Reapply Conservit Stone Cleaner and repeat until you get a satisfactory result.
