Conservatory Algae Remover
Conservit Conservatory Algae Remover tackles the problem of algae that has a tendency to grow on conservatory roofs and in the many nooks and crannies of the conservatory frame.
Suitable for use on polycarbonate, uPVC and glass as well as timber, stone and brick. Conservit Conservatory Algae Remover comes in liquid form and is easily applied by spraying or squirting on to affected areas.
Step One – thoroughly saturate the algae-affected area with the product
Step Two – protect area from rain for 48 hours (or reapply if area gets wet) then leave to act on algae growth (may take up to two weeks depending on extent of growth
Step Three – when algae has been killed off simply hose or brush away any debris
How It Works – Conservit Conservatory Algae Remover is absorbed by algae growths and destroys them. It also leaves a microscopic coating on the surface which discourages the formation of future algae growths for a period of time.
Results – An algae-free conservatory giving overall improved appearance, removal of the destructive effects of prolonged algae attachment (algae forms an ideal base for lichens and mosses to form which further destroy the surface they are attached to)
Special Notes
Non-flammable, contains no acids, chlorine or nonylphenol.
For light algae growths, product may be diluted with two parts water for economy.
